Introduction:

 

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications, the owner and operator of the smart application “Tip and Tap.” Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the application. By using this application, the user fully and unconditionally agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the application.

 

1. Terms of Use:

 

• The user agrees to use the application in compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

• Compliance with Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Laws: The user agrees to fully comply with all laws and regulations related to anti-terrorism and anti-corruption, including the UAE Anti-Terrorism Law, and international laws such as the United Nations Security Council’s Anti-Terrorism Law (UNSC) and the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC).

• The use of the application for any illegal activities, including financing terrorism, money laundering, or other corrupt practices, is strictly prohibited.

• High-Risk Countries: The application is only available for use in countries that are not classified as “high-risk countries” according to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) ratings. Access to the application is restricted or prohibited in countries subject to international sanctions, war zones, or natural disaster-affected areas.





 

2. Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data:

 

• Personal data (such as name, identification number, and address) is collected and processed to ensure the proper delivery of the application’s services in accordance with the privacy policy of Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications.

• Data Protection: The latest encryption technologies are used to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data. All data provided by users, including official documents such as national IDs, is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

• Data Sharing with Third Parties: User data is shared only with approved third parties (Exchange Company and My Fatoorah) when absolutely necessary to complete financial transactions or withdrawal services. Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications commits not to share personal data with any other external parties without obtaining the user’s consent.

 

3. Limited Liability:

 

• The application is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

• Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications will not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

 

• All intellectual property rights related to the application remain the property of Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications.

• The use, distribution, copying, modification, transfer, sale, or reproduction of any part of the application without prior written consent from Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is strictly prohibited.



 

5. Applicable Laws and Local Compliance:

 

•The use of the application is subject to the laws and regulations of the user’s country.

•The application complies with all local legislation related to security, consumer rights, and privacy, including anti-terrorism and anti-corruption laws.

•International Anti-Terrorism Compliance: The application operates in accordance with global and local anti-terrorism laws. Services will not be provided in countries classified as high-risk by FATF or in countries subject to international sanctions by the United Nations.

6. Refund Policy:

This policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions for using Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications. It outlines the principles that ensure the balanced and fair rights of both Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications and the user. By using the application, the user agrees to comply with this policy as outlined below.

1. Eligible Refund Cases:

Users are entitled to request refunds only in the following cases:

 

•Substantial Technical Malfunction: If the user encounters a technical malfunction preventing full use of the service, and the malfunction is caused by the application itself.

•Transaction Error: In case of an error in the payment process or unjustified duplicate charges.

2. Conditions for Submitting a Refund Request:

 

•The refund request must be submitted within 10 days from the disputed transaction date.

•The user must provide all necessary documentation and evidence proving the malfunction or error in the transaction.





 

3. Request Review:

 

•Each request is reviewed individually by a specialized team, and Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications will evaluate each case based on the evidence provided.

•If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method within 30 business days.

4. Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

•Users are not entitled to a refund if the service has been partially or fully used, or if the issue arises from improper use of the application or device incompatibility with technical requirements.

5. Policy Amendments:

•Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications reserves the right to amend this policy at any time at its discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes.

6. Governing Law:

•This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and in case of any dispute, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.

7. Withdrawal and Financial Transfers Policy:

 

1. Withdrawal and Transfer Limits:

•There is no minimum withdrawal limit from the wallet, though transfer fees must be considered for each withdrawal. Transfer fees vary based on the method selected (bank or Exchange service).

2. Wallet Limits:

•The maximum wallet balance is AED 10,000. Once the wallet reaches this amount, financial transactions within the app will be suspended, and no additional funds will be accepted until the user requests a withdrawal.

3. Payment via Link:

•The maximum allowable payment via link is AED 3,000 per transaction, with a minimum of AED 5.

 

4. Points and Cash Redemption:

•Every 3,000 points equals AED 1. These points can be redeemed for cash, used as credit within the app, or withdrawn.

5. Withdrawal and Transfer Requests with Authorized Service Providers:

Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications cooperates with authorized service providers licensed by the UAE Central Bank to facilitate withdrawals from users’ e-wallets. All withdrawal requests are processed within the GCC countries only, in collaboration with approved providers Exchange Company. All withdrawal requests must be consistent with the account or app owner’s details, as per the following information:

1. Bank Account Transfer:

To request a bank transfer, the user must provide the following information to ensure the transaction is completed:

• Bank account number (IBAN).

• Full name matching the national ID.

• Country (within GCC).

• Mobile phone number.

2. Cash Pickup through Authorized Provider:

To request cash pickup from an authorized provider, the user must provide the following information to ensure successful receipt:

• Full name matching the national ID.

• Country (within GCC).

• Mobile phone number.

Note:

•A transfer fee of AED 23 is applied to each transaction, whether the transfer is to a bank account or via cash pickup.

•Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications reserves the right to modify fees at any time with prior notice to users.

•Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications or its financial service providers will not be liable for any delay or failure in transfers resulting from incorrect or incomplete user information.


 

8. Wallet Security and Protection Management:

Users enjoy complete security over their funds thanks to our partnership with MyFatoorah, licensed by the UAE Central Bank. MyFatoorah provides wallet top-up services, protection management, and payment processing through customized payment links using the latest encryption technologies to ensure the confidentiality and security of financial transactions.

MyFatoorah handles the following tasks:

•Wallet Top-up: All wallet top-ups are processed through MyFatoorah, ensuring that the funds are protected and secure throughout the deposit process.

•Protection Management: The wallet is managed with the highest security standards thanks to MyFatoorah’s advanced technologies.

•Payment Links: Special payment links provided by MyFatoorah are used to complete all payments securely and seamlessly.

9. Dealing with Third Parties:

Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is committed to providing safe and reliable services to its users. To facilitate financial transfers, Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications collaborates with entities authorized and licensed by the UAE Central Bank, Exchange Company and MyFatoorah.

All financial transfers are conducted through these entities to ensure speed and efficiency in transaction processing. However, Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is not responsible for any delays or errors that may occur during transfers due to the policies or procedures of third parties. Users should contact Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications directly in case of any issues related to transfers or financial transactions.

10. Force Majeure:

Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications will not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.

• Wars.

• Terrorism.

• Government regulations.


 

• Disruptions in telecommunications or infrastructure services.

 

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any dispute regarding the use of the application, both parties will seek to resolve it amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

•A single arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the rules of the centre, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

•These terms are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.

12. Rights of Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications to Amend Policies:

Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications reserves the right to amend fees or transfer policies in line with its operational interests, ensuring a balance between the rights of the user and the company. Users will be notified of any changes to the policies in advance to ensure full transparency.

•Users will be informed of any significant changes at least 30 days before their implementation.

13. Obligations and Responsibilities:

•The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, whether related to the bank account (such as the IBAN number) or transfer details through exchange companies (full name, country, and mobile number). The company will not be held liable for any delays or transfer failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

•Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is committed to taking all possible security measures to ensure the safety of funds, but it is not responsible for any malfunction caused by external factors beyond its control, such as bank or exchange company policies.

•In case of any inquiries or disputes regarding fees or withdrawals, users can contact the support team of Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications, which will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

14. Protection of Funds and User Security:


 

Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is committed to following the highest security standards to protect users’ funds and personal data.

•All financial transactions are conducted using advanced encryption technologies to ensure data confidentiality and the safety of transactions.

•Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications commits not to share or sell any personal or financial data to any external party, except for authorized third parties required to complete financial transactions.

15. Risks of International Transfers:

In the case of international transfers, fees and processing times may vary depending on the policies of the country and the bank or exchange company. While Tip and Tap follows up on the process, Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is not responsible for delays caused by those policies.

•Any additional fees related to international transfers are borne by the user, and the user will be informed of any potential fees before completing the transaction.

16. Minimum Age for Use:

The use of Tip and Tap is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18. All users must provide a national ID as proof of their age upon registration to ensure compliance with this requirement.

17. Compliance with Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Laws:

The application operates in compliance with UAE and international anti-terrorism and anti-corruption laws. Tip and Tap Designing Programs & Applications is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure that the application is not used for any illegal activities, such as financing terrorism or money laundering.
